Disease description:

Miscarriage is the most common complication during pregnancy and affects about 1 in 3 women. Medically, recurrent miscarriages are defined as when a woman experiences at least two consecutive miscarriages. Studies show that 1-3% of all women are affected. The causes can be malformations of the uterus, chronic infections or hormonal disorders. Blood clotting disorders can also play a role. In about one-third of the cases, no cause can be found.

Explanation according to the Traditional Chinese Medicine:

The most common underlying cause of recurrent miscarriage is Spleen and Kidney Deficiency. Kidney stores congenital Essence and the Spleen supplies acquired Essence. If the Spleen and Kidney are weak, the foetus lacks support by Spleen and Kidney, then miscarriage occurs.

Possible syndromes causing these problems:

Kidney Yang and Essence Deficiency

A history of infertility and miscarriage in early pregnancy, weak constitution, low energy, backache, depression, a feeling of cold, cold feet, frequent urination, loose stools.
Note:
Once become pregnant, keep taking An Tai Bao until beginning of 4. Month of pregnancy.
