Delivery Policy 

Note: 
Please note that all order cutoff time is 1 pm. We can not promise that any orders made after the cut off time will be shipped out on the same day. Orders made after 1 pm on Friday will be processed only on Monday.

Business days are Monday – Friday, except national holidays. 

Standard Lead Times

Overnight:                             1 -2 business days within Major Centres

ECO:                                        3 – 4 business days within Major Centres

If in regional areas, add another 24 hours (1 business day) delivery time.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

We make every effort to fulfil your order, however, date of delivery may vary due to common carrier shipping practices, delivery location and method of delivery.
