I find Calm Shen really helpful. It sort of reduces anxious feelings and helps me to put my lived experienc ein perspective. It’s not a miracle cure, but it does seem to help me to find a place in which I can put my feelings in persepctive more easily. I am glad I found it and hope it might also be helpful to you. No negative side effects I can feel, only the positives. Delivery procedure and comms are top shelf, swift and efficient. Maybe worth a try?
