Ache Ease
Ache Ease (Shen Tong Zhu Yu Tang) is originated from the "Correction on Errors in Medical Classics" by Qing Dynasty Wang Qingren in 1830 AD. The formula has the actions...
It is important to make a pattern diagnosis before selecting the appropriate herbal formula. In Chinese Medicine there is no one-to-one matching of remedy to disease as there often is in the Western medicine. In Chinese medicine, one disease may have many patterns and the starting point is to apply the remedy to the pattern.
Physiological concepts (such as Yin, Yang, Qi, Blood and Essence), organs (such as Spleen, Liver, Heart, Stomach, Kidney), and pathogenic influences (such as Cold, Heat, Phlegm, Evil and Damp) have a different meaning in Chinese Medicine, sometimes overlapping and sometimes excluding Western usage.
By using the search functions on our website, we provide pattern options for common illnesses. It helps you to differentiate between patterns/ syndromes, so you can choose the appropriate formula.
Tips:
– Treat acute symptoms first, then chronic ones.
– Do not take more then two formulas at the same time (except recommended for a certain pattern), we do not want the body to get confused and overreact.
Note:
This overviews are not replacing a proper consultation with your Chinese medicine practitioner. More complicated patterns need an appropriate strategy to lead to satisfying results.
