The customer is responsible to cover shipping costs for exchanges and returns. Please include your order number, otherwise your claim cannot be identified and processed.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
For any damaged items, please notify us within 5 days of receipt and send us a photo of the damaged item as proof, as this helps us to improve the way products are sent. Enquiries should go to online[at]chinaherb.co.za
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure the following rules are satisfied:
- Include your order number, otherwise your claim cannot be identified and processed.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If returned goods are damaged during shipping back to our facilities, the goods will not be eligible for exchange or returns.
- From the date that you receive your item to the day that the items are returned to our warehouse, it should not exceed 15 days.
If you are shipping items over ZAR500.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We shall not accept responsibility for any missing parcels.
Allow up to 7 working days for your exchange to be processed. Once an exchange is approved, depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
